- IeGO's AC-01 series Basic Specs:
- 99.99% pure silver: Higher than 99.99% purity silver is used for AC-01AG series sockets, and now directly plated with gold to prevent silver tarnish from forming. No longer will the tarnish be formed on the silver pins itself.
- Gold plated 99.99% pure copper: Higher than 99.99% purity copper with direct gold plating is used for AC-01GU.
- Forged powder metal process: Precision forged powder metal manufacturing process allows excellent surface uniformity (better contacts!).
- Cryo treated: Main metal pins are cryo treated for 22 hours at -240C/-400F for better performance.
- Polycarbonate housing: Impact and flame resistant polycarbonate is used for AC-01 series' housing, instead of the more fragile nylon or other plastics.
- Easy mounting: High quality silver plated copper ring terminals are included for easy solderless mounting. (Crimp wire on ring terminal and then solder the crimp is recommended for even better performance, but no soldering should be done on the socket itself).
- Included Accessory: Mounting screw sets, silver plated ring terminal sets (3 for all units), allows equipments to be mounted with NO soldering required!
SM-02 Symmetrical Complementary Output Stage Power Amplifier   -Accepts balanced inputs. -High current parallel bipolar transistors to meet peak current demands. SM-02 has maximum power output 130 Watt (rms) per channel. We use discrete transistors and high quality passive deviceห throughout the SM-02.The design make use of true complementary concept from input stage to output for linearity, low distortion and quality of sound. In input stage, we used low noise biopolar transistors. The use of current sources help reduce power supply noise on output. SM-02's Driver stage is designed in cascaded complementary concept for increase bandwidth of frequency responce. The output stage is designed symmetrical complementary output stage configuration.This help the positive and negative output swing to be resulted from output stage of equal gain.
